Universal Services commitment to serving seniors in Southeastern Wisconsin began in 1996, long before “Senior Move Management” was recognized through the national affiliation of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Today Universal Services is a proud member of NASMM.
On March 10th, 2017 Universal Services received the NASMM CIRCLE OF SERVICE diamond award at their national convention. This award is given to companies that attain the highest level of professionalism with seniors and families with the emotional and physical aspects of relocation and aging in place.
Rick and Migdalia had an early vision of providing this dedicated service to seniors and have established their business on the golden rule: “We treat every senior that we work with as if they were our family and value their personal property like our own.”
Universal Services assists seniors by providing a turnkey plan that includes organizing, sorting, packing, moving, and unpacking in the new residence. In addition, they can provide seniors preparing for the sale of their home with an estate sale and/or consignment services. Their consignment store (located in Sussex, Wisconsin) offers the opportunity to sell furniture and other household items no longer needed.
Rick and Migdalia comment that “seniors who are downsizing their home go through a lot of stress when moving. Having all of these services under one roof makes the process easier to manage.”
Migdalia Zanon, owner of Universal Services, also speaks publicly to help educate others in the senior move management industry about best practices for continued success.
Universal Services – the leading provider of caring senior move management services for 25 years.
